What Is The Distance And What Does It Mean?
“The Distance” isn’t just a phrase—it’s a mindset. It’s short for “Go the Distance,” the battle cry of every athlete who refuses to quit, every fighter who stays on their feet when the bell rings, and every soul who digs deep when life throws a haymaker.
Most people get sports. They know the grind, the sweat, the thrill of pushing past limits. They know what it means to have a coach in your corner—someone who sees your potential, sharpens your strategy, and reminds you why you started.
Life’s No Different. Life hits hard. It demands effort, teamwork, and resilience. It can be fun, rewarding, and full of connection—but when it stops feeling that way, when the punches keep coming and you’re backed into a corner, that’s when you need a coach.
A Coach Is Your Corner Man. Not someone tangled in your story—but someone who sees it clearly. A coach guides you with objectivity, teaches you how to pivot, helps you spot blind spots, and pushes you through the tough rounds. They see your strengths, call out your weaknesses, and never throw in the towel on you. That’s what The Distance is all about.
Why I started The Distance is because I’ve been there. Life’s knocked me down more times than I can count. But I never stayed down. I never let the count hit ten. I got up, learned the moves, and kept swinging.
So I built The Distance as a place for people like you—people who want to rise, refocus, and reclaim their fight. It’s not just coaching. It’s a corner stacked with real strategies, powerful tools, and relentless support. It’s where you come to train, recover, and get back in the ring stronger than ever.
The Distance isn’t just a coaching service—it’s your comeback story in motion. Let’s lace up. Let’s go the distance.
I’m in your corner.
What Do You Mean By “Be the Game-Changer”?
Life isn’t a game—but it demands strategy, grit, and heart. A game-changer isn’t just someone who plays differently. They change the rules. They show up with purpose, cut the noise, and make moves that matter. They don’t wait for permission. They rise, refocus, and reclaim what’s theirs.
Being a game-changer means clearing out anything that doesn’t fuel your growth. It means living with intention, not excuses. It’s about owning your story—and rewriting the parts that held you back.
The Distance is built for that. We coach for the comeback. We train for the next level. We help you become the kind of person who doesn’t just survive the fight— You finish it with holding your head high.

Not everyone wants one-on-one coaching—and that’s okay. I’m launching a series of interactive classes on real-life topics that matter. We’ll tackle the tough stuff: mindset, boundaries, relationships, resilience. You’ll learn from me—and I’ll learn from you.

Do You Work With Youth?
Who I Work With
Services are available to individuals 18 and older. If you're under 18, you’ll need to be accompanied by a caregiver or trusted adult.
Why? Because research—and real-world experience—shows that young people thrive when caregivers are involved. It builds trust, reinforces strategies at home, and accelerates progress.
Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, especially when maturity, safety, and support systems are in place.
This isn’t about red tape—it’s about results.
Do You Work With Serious Mental Illness?
Scope of Services
Go the Distance is designed for coaching, strategy, and short-term support—not long-term clinical treatment.
If you’re facing serious mental, emotional, or behavioral concerns, I’ll refer you to a qualified professional. These concerns are best addressed by a licensed independent mental health therapist—such as an LICSW, LPCC, psychologist, or psychiatrist.
Why? Because you deserve the right kind of care. And I believe in staying in my lane so you get the best results possible.
Go the Distance is not intended for managing serious mental illness or conditions requiring ongoing therapy. I’m here to help you cut through the noise, build real momentum, and take charge of what’s next—with tools that work and boundaries that protect.
